AIM OF KILLCOM

The Aim of KillCom is to kill you own opponents commander first

BASIC RULES

20 fp
15days
Marines only, with the restriction of 1 commander
Wipe out, friendlies only (league game if both agree)
Home player chooses the map (all maps allowed, but you may not choose a map more than once)

To qualify for any points the winner must post the game results on the results forum. If no results are posted no points will be awarded

A win is defined as the player who kills his/her opponent’s commander
A loss is defined as a player's commander being killed by the opponent
A draw is defined as both player's commander being killed on the same turn, or turns run out with no commander being killed

A player is also awarded a win if their opponent runs out of ammo. In this situation the winner is awarded all bonus points he gains plus 3 points for the win.

A game will be deemed finished as soon as a commander dies (both players may continue the game if both agree although any extra play will be for fun and not apart of the kill com league)

SCORING

Winner scores 3 points plus any enemy force points that the commander kills/destroys
For example if your commmander kills 1 nader and 2 grunts the winner is awarded 4 extra bonus points. the total score being 7

New rule: If a Unit is killed by a force field and it was a commander that flicked the switch then your team will be awarded the fp bonus of the killed unit

Losser scores 0 points regardless of how many force points the commander kills. If your commander dies you don’t deserve a bonus

In a draw situation the player with the most bonus points will receive 2 points and the player with the least will receive 1 point. If the bonus points are equal then both players score 2 points (no bonus points will be awarded for a draw)

PLAYOFFS

Winners and runner ups from the group stages will go to the playoffs. The seeding will depend on how many players are involved in the season and will be told closer the time.

the playoff structure will probally change from season to season again depending on the amount of players we have involved. again this will be told closer to the time.

In the playoffs if no Commander is killed then whoevers commander has scored the most bonus points will go to the next round. If this is the same then whoever has the highest fp score. If this is the same whoevers commander got to its bonus score the quickest. If this is still the same or both zero then whoever got to the fp score the quickest will be the winner.

If both Commanders are killed on the same turn then the kill time will go down to the hundreth of a second if needed to find the winner.

PENALTY POINTS

-3 points if u do not deploy or send challenge within the deadlines
-3 points for timing out (if your away on holiday, let meknow and we can arrange a longer game time)

OTHER RULES

if a player times out or concedes (before a commander has been killed) the opposing player will be deemed the winner and will gain any points he/she has already earned. if this is less than 7 he/she will be awarded a total of 6 points.

players may be asked from time to time to send a game file to be observed in order to solve a dispute. In this case my decision is always final.
